We are an allergy-free facility.

At Safe Bakes we get the fear. We live it. We are a food allergy family, too. We bake with dedicated equipment. We do not use any ingredient or piece of equipment that has ever touched or contained gluten, wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanut or tree nuts*. Our strict adherence to this policy is the heart of our business. 


This is our promise to you:

  • Our treats are baked with only ingredients that we trust. We purchase from vendors that are gluten and top 8 allergen-friendly, or use every measurement possible to ensure that they work diligently to ensure there is no cross contamination in their facilities. We understand that brands and companies matter. We keep a Certificate of Analysis, or official document on every vendor/ingredient we use. These documents show the manufacturers’ practice as far as cross contamination, allergies present (if any) and their promises.

  • We hold a ServSafe Food Manager’s Certification which includes thorough training on allergens and cross contamination.  

  • Every day before baking in the kitchen, we take great care in cleaning and sanitizing our areas. We have a cleaning routine that we use each time before we bake and a thorough list of what we clean before and after baking. We can promise you that every utensil, bowl and baking sheet that we use has never touched one of the top 8 allergens (wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish and even gluten).

    *Please note we do have a few products that contain coconut (which is actually a drupe or more commonly known as a fruit and is NOT technically a tree nut). Special care is taken to ensure the few items with coconut are separated and separate pans, utensils are used.
